To update a client's personal information
Click the "Update Info" button at the bottom of the Seeker Information Summary.
Update the relevant information and select "Save".
What is this info?
This is a referred client's personal contact information.
How do we get this info?
When you create a referral or help someone fill out a form, they consent for us to store a profile for your context.
Who has access to this profile?
Only you unless you are an Aunt Bertha customer or you're on a claimed program's team.
- If you're using one of the platforms powered by Aunt Bertha, anyone else using the platform that is helping the same person can see the information.
- If you're on a claimed program's team, anyone in your team could see that person, but only if they're also making referrals.
What do we do with this info?
- Use it to send referrals on behalf of the client
- Display it to you in the "People I'm Helping" dashboard.
