Claim your Program

  1. Go to claim landing page:
    http://about.auntbertha.com/claims

  2. Click "Claim My Listing!"

  3. Login or sign up for an account (top right corner) using a work email address

  4. Type in program name or agency name

  5. Click “Claim” button on each program to be claimed. Please note, currently, only one program can be claimed at a time.



  6. For work email addresses that match the program website domain, a form will open. Enter first name and last name, and verify the prepopulated email address. Click “claim this listing!” and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided*. After clicking the link provided in the email, the program is now be editable.


     

  7. Clicking on the link provided in the email launches the claiming process. To edit the program information, click the blue “Edit Program Listing.

    The following can be edited:

  • Description
  • Tags
  • Availability
  • Program Email
  • Contact Email
  • Website
  • Phone Number
  • Supported languages

    If you need to edit sections that are not editable, please submit a program change request. The Aunt Bertha data team will verify the changes and reach out with additional information, as needed.


*Please note, if the work email domain doesn’t match the program’s website domain (e.g., @gmail.com accounts), email support@auntbertha.com to have the account manually linked.
